Her adeptness in M&E, project management, corporate strategy, and more, forms the bedrock of her ability to shape the future of businesses.

Leveraging her extensive background, she merges diverse disciplines into a symphony of strategic insight supporting many businesses in their ability to manifest, visualize and create action towards ensuring sustainable impactful change. With finesse in program futuring, data-driven approaches, and organizational strategy, Cósmica crafts powerful, future-focused solutions that elevate clients' high-impact strategies.

Her journey spans impactful roles at prestigious institutions and organizations including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The Dominican Republic’s Ministry of Public Health, leading cancer institution Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, San Jose State University as an Adjunct Professor, Tulane University as a Co-Founder/Co-Director of Birthing During COVID-19 as well as Monitoring & Evaluation Team Lead, Louisiana Department of Health as a State Surveillance & Compliance Epidemiologist and more both domestically and internationally. Her foundational training and expertise includes an Epidemiology Bachelor's from the University of Rochester, courses at Oxford University & IES London, and an Master’s in International Health & Development with a Monitoring & Evaluation Certificate from Tulane University SPHTM.
